Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 2 working days. Our local courier partners may take 2-15 days to deliver the orders to you. Shipping charges pan - India is INR 100.
Returns and Replacements
At Dearist, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products, however we do not accept returns. We are responsible to replace a product if:
it has reached you damaged
if the wrong product has been sent to you
Please take an image when you receive the product, in its box packaging itself, and email us a picture on admin@thedearist.com, with your order details, and the images of the broken/expired product. Do inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the products.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders once placed through www.thedearist.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.thedearist.com.
