Kansa Wand

1. Cleanse and pat dry , ensuring it's free of any makeup or product residue.
2. Apply a thin layer of facial oil (such as Dearist Sea Buckthorn Berry & Calendula Oil or Dearist Precious Saffron Oil) or Dearist Aloe Vera Gel to facilitate smooth gliding and prevent friction.
3. Using a double-sided Kansa Wand allows you to address both larger and smaller areas of the face, enhancing your overall skincare routine.
4. Use the smaller side: The smaller side is typically designed for delicate areas like under the eyes and around the nose. Use gentle, upward strokes in these areas to help reduce puffiness and improve circulation. It can also be used on scalp pressure points to release stress. 
5. Use the larger side: The larger side is intended for broader areas of the face, such as the cheeks and forehead. Use firm, upward strokes to promote lymphatic drainage and stimulate circulation. You can use circular motions for a more relaxing effect.
6. Apply light to moderate pressure.
   a. For facial massage, move outward from the centre with upward and outward motions, following the natural contour of your face. 
   b. For body massage,For optimal lymphatic drainage, use the Kansa Wand by moving it upwards towards your heart. For legs, start at your feet and move up; for arms, begin at your hands and move towards your heart.
7. After using the wand, continue with your regular skincare routine. Clean the Kansa Wand thoroughly after each use to maintain its effectiveness and hygiene.

Kansa Comb

1. Start with a clean, dry, or slightly damp scalp. Detangle and apply your favourite hair oil, Dearist Aloe Vera Gel or treatment if desired.
2. Begin at your front hairline and gently comb towards the back of your neck.
3. Use rhythmic, circular motions to massage. Massage from hairline to neck to rejuvenate, alternatively, massage from neck to hairline to stimulate and promote lymphatic drainage.
4. With firm but even pressure, glide the comb down each side of your scalp, repeating the motion 5-10 times on each side. 
5. You can also use the back of the Kansa Comb to sweep from your neck to your shoulders in all directions, releasing tension, stimulating lymphatic drainage, enhancing energy flow, and reducing stiffness. Remember to sweep gently without applying excessive pressure.
