How long does it take to ship my order? How can I track it?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery within India usually takes 2-7 working days, though this can vary due to third-party couriers. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email and text or WhatsApp.

My tracking details aren't working, Can you help?

Sometimes, shipping couriers take 1-2 business days to update shipment statuses. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to appear. If your tracking number still isn't working, email us at admin@thedearist.com.

How can I update my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at admin@thedearist.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched or the address has been entered, it may be difficult to make changes, but we’ll do our best to find a solution for you.

Does Dearist have an offline store?

We do not have our own store at this time, but our products are available at select dermatologist clinics, spas, salons, and boutiques.

Who are Dearist’s offline retailers?

Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?

We can only guarantee the authenticity of products purchased directly from thedearist.com. For products bought from other retail stores or e-commerce websites, please contact them directly for any product or shipping-related issues. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, please email us images of the package and your order number to admin@thedearist.com within 24 hours of delivery.  After evaluating individual cases, if we made an error, we’ll ensure you get the correct Dearist product!

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept mostly all forms of payment, UPI, GPay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit or debit cards.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (security code, zip code) match what you’ve entered.
  • Ensure your card is not expired.
  • Contact your card issuer, as they may have declined the payment without specifying a reason.

What is your refund and return policy?

We offer returns only for damaged or expired products. If you receive a leaking package, please refuse delivery. If the package is intact, but the goods inside are damaged, send us photos of the outer packaging, delivery box and damaged items, along with your order ID, to admin@thedearist.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will assess the situation, and do our best to resolve it.

Do you have discounts and promo codes?

We generally don’t offer discounts on individual products unless they’re close to expiry. For the best savings, we recommend shopping from our combo packs. As a special welcome, enjoy a 10% discount on your first purchase!

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Yes! If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, these will be included at checkout. You'll be charged for sales tax and duty at that time, and our shipping partner will handle the payments when your order clears customs, so there's nothing extra to pay upon delivery.

How do I pay with a gift card?

To redeem your gift card, select "Gift Card" as your payment method at checkout and enter the unique code from your gift card email. If the gift card amount is less than your order total, you'll need to add an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. If there’s a remaining balance on your gift card after your order is placed, you can use it for your next order, so be sure to save your unique code for future use!

Products

Our products are silicone free, alcohol free, fragrance free and  paraben free. We are committed to sourcing top quality ingredients in our formulations.

Are the products dermatologically recommended?

Yes, our products are available at select dermatologist clinics, including Ageless Clinic and The Glow Clinics.

Can Dearist formulas be used on pregnant women and children?

Our products are formulated with ingredients generally considered safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using any new product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

I have acne-prone skin, which products would you recommend?

We recommend trying or adding these products Aloe Vera Gel, Brightening Mask, Pure Rose Water, and Sea Buckthorn Berry & Calendula Oil. However, please patch test any new product before use to ensure compatibility with your skin. Note that these products are not specifically designed as treatments for acne-prone skin.

 I have sensitive skin, which products would you recommend? 

All our products are generally safe for sensitive skin, unless you’re allergic to a specific ingredient. We don’t use fragrances, silicones, parabens, alcohol, or essential oils that might cause irritation. As always, patch test before using any new product to avoid potential reactions.

 I have oily skin, can I use oils on my skin?

Yes, you can use oils on oily skin. We recommend our Sea Buckthorn Berry & Calendula Oil, which contains 75% Sea Buckthorn Berry CO2 Extract and other non-comedogenic ingredients. Always apply facial oils to damp skin, and be sure to patch tests before full use.

Are Dearist products vegan?

Almost all our products are vegan, with the exception of Dearist Precious Saffron Oil. This product contains 40% Kumkumadi Thailam (saffron oil), which is traditionally and ayurvedically made with goat’s milk to aid in gentle exfoliation, a key element of the formulation.

Do Dearist products contain fragrance?

Our products are free from added or artificial fragrances. Any scent you notice comes from the natural fragrance of the ingredients themselves, which we haven't altered.

How should I store my Dearist products?

To maintain optimal quality, store your products in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. A pantry or cabinet is an ideal spot.

Are Dearist products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are committed to being cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
