Returns and Refund Policy

Dear Wellbeing LLP, operating under the brand name Dearist, may use these names interchangeably throughout our policies and communications.

Customer Feedback

We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to continuously improve our quality of service.

At Dearist, we understand that there may be instances where a replacement is necessary. You may request a replacement for part or all of your order under the following circumstances:

  • The product(s) have been spoiled or damaged during transit.
  • The product(s) arrive in damaged packaging.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

The following items cannot be replacement under any conditions:

  • Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or overuse.
  • Products with missing components, damaged original packaging (such as price tags, labels, or tampered seals), or missing accessories and free gifts.
  • Products with altered or tampered serial numbers.

If the product arrives leaking or appears damaged, do not accept the package. Please note that replacements will not be accepted for any product that is not spoiled, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, please take a photo of the product in its original packaging and email it, along with your order details, to admin@thedearist.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement cannot be made due to lack of stock, we will refund the amount paid for the product. Please note that replacement requests can only be made for the same product in cases of transit damage, incorrect delivery, or damaged packaging. We do not offer exchanges for different products under any circumstances.

Replacement Limitations

Dearist reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay the replacement process for customers with a history of questionable charges and repeated issues.

Refund Policy

We generally do not process refunds. However, if a replacement is not possible due to stock issues, we will issue a refund.

Cancellation

Once placed, orders through www.thedearist.com cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
