Stay away from coffee enemas

Caffeine can disrupt the natural balance of gut bacteria and lead to dehydration or electrolyte imbalances.

Stay away from juice cleanses

Fruit juices lack essential nutrients and fibre, acting as liquid sugar that can potentially lead to blood sugar spikes and inadequate nourishment.

Don’t consume coffee first thing in the morning

Drinking coffee on an empty stomach does not optimise digestion, as coffee is dehydrating and acidic; additionally, it can trigger a snowball effect on stress levels and stress hormones.

Recordings of both live group sessions will be shared, so you can watch them at your convenience. 

How will the group WhatsApp support work?

You’ll be added to a group WhatsApp chat with other participants. Support will be available from 11 AM to 6:30 PM IST, except Sundays. You can ask questions, share your experiences, and discuss with your peers and will receive guidance from Meher throughout the program.
