Dear Wellbeing LLP, operating under the brand name Dearist, may use these names interchangeably throughout our policies and communications.
Delivery Process
Once your order is processed, we carefully inspect each product to ensure it meets our quality standards. After a thorough check, your order is securely packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will do their best to get your package to you as quickly as possible. If they encounter any issues locating your address or face unforeseen delays, they may reach out to you directly for assistance. Please attend to them and answer their calls to not delay your delivery timeline.
If you provide an incorrect address, and the parcel comes back to our office/warehouse, re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
For orders under ₹1,500 within India, a shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options. However, if you'd like to use COD, Amazon India may provide this option based on your location and order history.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by local law. These charges will be collected on our website and paid directly to the relevant authorities.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and the courier service handling your delivery. You can check the status of your package 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our office/warehouse. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Timelines
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. In case of delays caused by logistics issues, holidays, or events beyond our control, refunds. replacements or cancellations will not be processed based on delays alone.
If you're ordering during a ‘sale or discount’ event, please expect potential delays due to higher order volumes.
